Cooked the way you'd cook for family
For 38 years, Rubik has run this kitchen on Richmond Road, and he still cooks every dish the way he would for his own family.
Some of our longest-standing regulars still remember the place by its old name, Rubik's. The name over the door has changed since then; the chef hasn't.
Nothing here is frozen and nothing is ready-made. Every plate is cooked to order, in its own pan, from fresh ingredients. That's why so many of our guests have been coming back for decades.
It also means the menu is only a starting point. Fancy it without meat, a little spicier, or something that isn't on the menu at all? Just ask. If we have the ingredients, we'll make it for you.
